Lightning:

Volt is supposedly the fastest character in Elements. He can shoot lightning and use it to zoom around. He's not easily frightened, but does know how to run away if something is too scary. He values his friends.

He lives on a cloud which has a ladder for people to get up to it. The cloud might be able to move around after he pulls the ladder up. That would be cool.

Hint:

Volt is fast and good at getting around the map. He also starts with a ton of energy so you might be able to destroy your opponent quickly. He has decent range and two half action attacks. Be careful though because Lightning doesn't have much health so it could be a short fight if the enemy gets a critical hit on him.
